I’m so glad you’re here and a little more about me.

When my second child was born, everything shifted. It reminded me just how different our kids can be — right from the start. My eldest daughter is deeply sensitive. Soulful. Intuitive. And from the very beginning, it was clear: she didn’t just feel her own emotions — she felt everything!

Mothering her opened my eyes to something big: sensitive girls need real tools daily to stay grounded in a world that often feels like too much. That’s why I created this guide.

It’s a gentle starting point — designed to help your daughter move through all feelings, not fight against or shut them or herself down. Each pose is simple, playful, aligned with my children’s story The Pearl Within and grounded in both science and care — made for kids who feel deeply, and the mothers who deeply love them. We’ll take this journey together: One breath. One pose.
